The Brookswood store is very nice. The ladies are very kind and helpful. Just wish they would take clothes every day, since I live in Redmond and can't always get there on Thursday-Saturday.

Came in for my 12:45 appointment to pick up 2 items and payout. I’d brought fall items to sell but would have had to wait 15 minutes until 1 pm for ladies to go through them. As I needed to leave for a 1 pm appointment, they were kind enough to do it slightly earlier for me.
